What kind of restaurant would buy random hunks of meat from a bunch of homeless guys?

You would be surprised. This kind of thing fluorished in Germany and Russia after the first World War. I know we're in a different time now, but I think shopkeepers and restaurant owners are less leery of taking miscellaneous meat than in the U.S. No U.S.D.A. choice over there!

You'd be surprised. It's illegal, but even here in the states, restaurants will often buy venison from hunters that come around offering it. I know a chef out in huntin' country and he admits to this. Blech. At least I hope it's venison...;)

Archie Bunker was right, after all, when he called Rob Reiner......MEATHEAD!

he was just a bit ahead of his time.

Really? Got Godabs? Marinated? Dry Rub? Stir fry? BBQ? I think you coud be on to something here. You do have to create an appetite for this kind of thing. I'll bet you're in marketing.

I have an idea for a new restaurant, Kannibal's Kabobs. You have to try our Head Cheese!

We used to have Alferd Packer Day in Boulder, complete with all-you-can-eat menus:

Sometimes the altitude gets to us I think.

I find that offensive since I'm a Packer fan.

    For the article:

Can't blame them sure it's wrong by Western civilization beliefs to eat someone. I can't blame them since I'm sure it is normal for some islanders, however since it was in Russia I'm against it, but also I've got to know if it taste like chicken? and what type of spices are needed to help soften the meat.

That is funny but I meant no disrespect Shub, I dine on head cheese once in a blue moon and it has no cheese in it, just bits of pig head.
