What kind of restaurant would buy random hunks of meat from a bunch of homeless guys?

I know we're in a different time now, but I think shopkeepers and restaurant owners are less leery of taking miscellaneous meat than in the U.S. No U.S.D.A. choice over there!

You'd be surprised. It's illegal, but even here in the states, restaurants will often buy venison from hunters that come around offering it. I know a chef out in huntin' country and he admits to this. Blech. At least I hope it's venison...;)

Can't blame them sure it's wrong by Western civilization beliefs to eat someone. I can't blame them since I'm sure it is normal for some islanders, however since it was in Russia I'm against it, but also I've got to know if it taste like chicken? and what type of spices are needed to help soften the meat.
